Black Angus Coupons and the FINE PRINT!

So, our business gets a stack of coupons from Black Angus; Any lunch entree for $7.50. Sounds like good deal UNTIL you read the fine print on the back. You must present the coupon at the time of ordering, which makes me suspicious to start with but the real kicker is "Beverage Purchase Required"
SO, A lunch advertised for $7.50 is NOT REALLY $7.50? This is a trick to get you in the door? I wonder if this is even legal, sounds like a form of bait and switch to me. You have to buy one of their over priced beverages when using the coupon.
