Recycling / Salvage
Check out Yakima County Waste Management website for recycling things that you might otherwise take to the dump. Poor Boys in Gleed recycles scrap metal (old residential water pressure tanks in my case) and appeared to take a variety of other house hold items. They didn't charge me, and hopefully the resources will be reused instead of left in the landfill.
