Chad and Dad are BAD
Beware of a start up construction firm called "Chad and Dad". Had them do work on a several areas of my home and when the workmanship proved to be shoddy they were no where to be found. After finally contacting them they missed numerous appointments and we had to hire another company to finish the job. Caveat emptor

Doesn't sound right!
I absolutely do not agree with this. I have done a lot of business with Chad & Dad since they opened up, I have dealt with their customers and have not heard even the slightest whisper of a complaint about them OR their workmanship. They have never failed to return a phone call, let alone "missed" an appointment with me or any of my customers.
Be an informed consumer: Ask for and then verify a companies references, check with the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries, check with the Better Business Bureau. Do NOT take the opinion of one "reviewer" in this forum, as it may not be legitimate.
I am only replying to this because I feel that this maybe a case of a personal vendetta rather than an honest review. I know for a fact that the owners of Chad & Dad strive to make each and every one of their customers satisfied, for if they didn't they wouldn't have repeat customers, which they do.
