Best Auto Purchasing Experience

I just reciently purchased a vehicle from Carey Motors in Yakima WA. The Salesman was the Best Ever! He was patient, kind, thoughtful, and not pushy at all. He understood my needs, and made it happen. It was a very smooth transaction. I will be a Carey Motors Fan for Life!! They take great care of their customers and stand behind what they do. By far the best service... Unlike most car sales who are impatient. Ask for Myron, he will take Great care of you! Thanks Myron, Thanks Carey Motors!!

Never Again at Carey Motors

I purchased a Mitsubishi Lancer at Carey motors and was fairly pleased with the experience. As I do with any used car purchase I asked the salesperson "has this car been wrecked"? I was assured that it had not been wrecked. Not being a car expert I accepted this.
About a year after I got the car I had it in the shop for a routine oil change & service. The mechanic laughed when I said it had not been wrecked. He showed me where the entire rear end including trunk, trunk lid, liner and all had been changed and repainted from the front doors back.
About six months after this I took it in to Carey to look at the heater control (hot / cold selector). It was not working and the air was always cold from the heater. I made and appointment to have it looked at and discovered to my amazement it would cost 1300.00 minimum to have it fixed, and likely more depending on what they found. I told them not at this time so I picked up the car and got a bill for 100.00 for the estimate on the repair. I was floored.
I drove away, traded off the car and will never again go there or recommend them to anyone.
